Choices

To know if you’re doing the right thing is a weird thing, because the truth is you’re probably not. And why is that? It’s not because you’re made a catergorcally bad decision, it is the small matter that often there is no right choice. We don’t know.

Meeting someone or not meeting someone is not a bad choice or a good choice. It has the potential to be both and also to be neither. If can be everything and nothing all at once. I think that makes it harder because it can’t advise you which way to choose. There’s absolutely no way of knowing. Like zero chance. You just have to keep guessing and hoping. Same goes for careers, jobs, people, friendships. You only see the reality of one play out. The other choice fictionally unfolds in the minds eye without any proof it is infact truely possible or functional or normal. Your fantasy prospect blooms while you may flanker. But the whole point is you don’t know.

If you think you’re making a good or bad choice, see it nof as a choice but as a lesson. You’ll take something from it good or bad, rain or shine.
